The Commons provides office space for membership services, food storage, and tram parking. Currently, the commons has sustained damage from the flooding during the hurricanes and tropical storms.

There are several buildable acres that are undeveloped at the commons. We can begin to imagine new amenaties and perhaps build a new Recreation Center. A variety of new amenities could be added for members to enjoy on rainy days and evening. A recreation room with billiards, ping pong, shuffle bard tables, big screen TVs and a bar, dedicated Card and game rooms, Art Room for Painting and Pottery, a fitness center, a beautiful banquet/ meeting room with full catering kitchen. We could build a Rooftop Bar/Restaurant. These amenities would have an amazing view overlooking the mangroves, the Gulf of America, perfect for viewing sunsets . This could provide a revenue stream if rented out for weddings and parties to our members and perhaps the public.

A parking garage could be built with a rooftop designed to provide green space for bocci ball courts, bean bags, and other recreational activities.
